He describes the IVF process starting with an Egg Retrieval which is then followed by an ICSI to fertilize each egg to create the embryos. The embryos are then grown to Day 5 which allows for developmental selection. Once developed, the option to biopsy the embryos and perform a Complete Chromosome Screening is given. NBC 9 News - Denver, Colorado August 13, 2010 Dr. Mark Bush on NBC 9 News Denver, CO Dr. Mark Bush discusses with 9 News a family’s fertility journey at Conceptions.  He introduces a new technique called Microarray Analysis that can test for the correct number of chromosomes to ensure a healthy embryo is implanted during In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).
