In keeping with our patient-centered philosophy of health care, you and your physician will determine the most appropriate course of treatment for your individual circumstances. After your initial consultation and fertility assessment, your personal medical team may recommend ovulation induction, surgical interventions, intrauterine insemination, in vitro fertilization or our donor egg program.

At Conceptions, we understand that our patients' needs go beyond mere medical treatment. That's why we provide supplemental services such as psychological counseling and financial options designed to facilitate your experience with Conceptions in every way.

•      Complete Initial Consultation ($175 for those without insurance coverage).

•      In-house endocrinology laboratory.

•      Insemination cycle management (partner sperm or donor sperm).

•      Advanced Endoscopic Surgery (outpatient laparoscopic fibroid removal, endometriosis, ovarian cyst removal, tubal surgery, hysteroscopic resection of septums, fibroids, polyps, scar tissue). For those without insurance coverage, the above procedures are $6000 for laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, $3000 for hysteroscopy only (includes all hospital, anesthesiology, pathology and surgeon fees).

•      In-house diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy.

•      In-house treatment of first trimester miscarriage with chromosomal assessment of placenta.

•      IVF, ICSI, assisted hatching, day 5 embryo transfer.  View IVF and IVF Costs page.

•      In-house laser day 5 biopsy of the early placenta allowing full chromosome assessment (23-pair) prior to embryo transfer. This technology can also be combined with single gene disorder screening and allows for parental source of error and confidence calls across each chromosome.

•      Cryopreservation of embryos (slow-freeze and vitrification).

•      Semen analysis (all three Conceptions offices), sperm cryopreservation, in-house surgical sperm acquisition (epididymal and testicular).

•      Uterine surrogacy cycles.
