Your first consultation, you will meet with the physician to establish the direction for your care at Conceptions Reproductive Associates of Colorado. During this initial visit, your physician will review your medical history, including any previous fertility treatment.  This information allows your doctor to formulate a preliminary diagnosis and determine which tests need to be will need to be performed. Conceptions requires all medical records be received 48 hours prior to your consult.

Conceptions Reproductive Associates of Colorado also has personal financial coordinators available, who will discuss recommended treatment costs, insurance benefits and finance options with you. To protect yourself from incurring fees that may not be covered by your plan, it is important to fully understand your insurance coverage and to follow the referral guidelines set forth by your insurance provider.
