During this initial visit, your physician will review your medical history, including any previous fertility treatment. This information allows your doctor to formulate a preliminary diagnosis and determine which tests need to be performed. Conceptions requires all medical records be received 48 hours prior to your consult.
Conceptions Reproductive Associates of Colorado also has personal financial coordinators available, who will discuss recommended treatment costs, insurance benefits and finance options with you.
