Below is an overview of Conceptions 2008 IVF costs.

Please note that this price list is subject to change. The total for your individual IVF cycle will be provided and discussed during your consult with the CRA Financial Counselor.

$3,000-$4,000 for work-up prior to IVF. CRA providers and our in-house laboratory are contracted with most Insurance carriers. See link for Insurance list: _______

 $11,662* for an IVF cycle using our cash pay discount. This includes the ultrasound, labs, egg retrieval, conventional insemination to fertilize eggs, *embryo culture and embryo transfer fees. An additional $300 is payable to the anesthesiologist at MD/NA.

 $2,500-$5,000 for cycle medications. “Ask about discount drug programs”. (CRA cash discount does not apply).

 $2,380* additional fee for ICSI using the cash pay discount.          

 $840 additional fee for cryopreservation- cash discount does not apply.

 $25,017-$25,576* using our cash pay discount. An additional $300 is payable to the anesthesiologist at MD/NA.

 $4,000-$6,000 for total cycle medications (CRA cash discount does not apply).

  $2,500-$3,000 for Recipient work-up. The donors work-up is included in the cycle fee listed  above.

 $2,380* additional fee for ICSI using the cash discount.

*The fees listed are for cash pay patients only. The cash discount does not apply to all fees.  If you are using your infertility benefits the fees vary when billing to contracted insurance carriers.
