Cryopreservation
Cryopreservation, or freezing, of embryos is employed when the number of embryos during an IVF cycle exceeds the number considered appropriate for transfer. These frozen embryos may be used during subsequent cycles, during which no stimulation and only limited monitoring are required for transfer of the thawed embryos.
“Helping couples bring wanted children into loving homes is an immensely rewarding experience.”
Mark Bush, MD
