My husband (Josh) and I have been trying to have a baby for four years. After one year of trying I went to my doctor to find out why it wasn’t happening for us. After testing Josh’s sperm we discovered that he had low motility and morphology. They thought that they might be able to correct it with surgery, but unfortunately it was not successful.

We met with Dr. Swanson and were thrilled to hear that he would be able to help us achieve our dream of starting a family. After having thousands (hee hee) of viles of blood drawn by the wonderful ladies in the lab we began the slow process toward pregnancy.

I had an appointment on Monday so that Dr. Swanson could look at my uterus to make sure that there were no surprises…..sadly there were two little surprises.

I’m writing to you from my couch as I recover from a polyp removal that I had this morning. After finding the two polyps I jokingly said to Dr. Swanson “Can you take them out tomorrow?” Guess what?! He made it happen! I was so upset because I thought that these polyps would delay the whole process. Dr. Swanson and the nurses pulled all the strings they could so that I could get them out ASAP! The best news is that there will be no delay!

My Husband Josh is a huge part of this process so you may read so posts that are written by him from his perspective. We, together, will share our adventure with you!
