Complete IVF/ICSI Cycle with Day 5 embryo biopsy and chromosome assessment - Cycle includes the following: Pre-IVF trial embryo transfer and evaluation of the uterus (office hysteroscopy or saline sonography), complete coordination of IVF care, cycle laboratory assays, cycle ultrasounds, egg retrieval, ICSI, growing embryos to day 5, biopsy, chromosome assessment (GSN), Cryopreservation and Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle.		$19,995
DONOR EGG COST:
Complete Donor cycle with ICSI – Recipient cycle includes the following: donor consult, semen evaluation, Pre-IVF trial embryo transfer, Mandatory Female/Male FDA communicables, coordination of IVF care, cycle laboratory assays, cycle ultrasound and a Day 5 transfer. The donor cycle includes consulting, preparation and Coordination of IVF care,  FDA communicables,  laboratory assays, ultrasounds egg retrieval, ICSI, growing embryos to day 5 and compensation.	15% cash pay discount for donor egg cycles. Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) COST:
