I am pregnant!
My first day meeting with Dr. Bush, he told me he was so sorry for the years I had spent unable to get pregnant. He told me not to cry because I was going to get pregnant. Less than 6 months later, I am pregnant! He was kind and confident. The entire office is wonderful. To any woman having difficulty getting pregnant, I highly recommend their office. It’s a rough road and having strong support and caring providers is imperative.
No better place!
I love love love Conceptions. After two failed IVF attempts at a different clinic I switched to Dr Bush with Conceptions. From the beginning he was kind, understanding, and confident. His nursing staff is amazing as well and was always on top of communication. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of fertility clinics and I am happy to say I am now 9 weeks pregnant. Thank you Dr Bush and Conceptions staff!!!
I couldn’t be more grateful
After being given very little hope of ever becoming pregnant by other reproductive endocrinologists, I saw Dr Bush at Conceptions. He offered treatment options and, more than anything — hope. It has not been an easy journey and we have had several heartaches and trials, but Dr Bush and his staff never gave up hope, nor did they allow me too. They were not concerned about their statistics and were more concerned about making my dreams come true. Dr Bush was always candid in giving advice and never gave false hope, which was always appreciated. I have now had two successful pregnancies with Dr Bush and Conceptions. They have helped my dreams of becoming a mother come true and I could not be more grateful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone struggling to conceive, even if others have said its impossible.
When we found this place, our hope was diminished. Based on our previous IVF cycle (different clinic in AZ), we were not expecting a positive experience let alone result. What we received was so much more! Dr. Bush had a plan for us right away and provided the confidence to push thru one last time. It worked and we are 32 weeks pregnant! There are not enough words to describe our deep appreciation for his clinical expertise and unbelievably amazing embryology team, IVF and FET RNs. From the blood draw folks to the front fest receptionists, this is a cohesive establishment with ONE goal- to get you pregnant and deliver a live, healthy baby. We are forever grateful.
In 2012, a HydroSalpinx diagnosis changed my life forever. We were told our chance of conceiving naturally was <2% and IVF was recommended. I didn’t understand-how could this happen to me? Our doctor asked if I had ever had an untreated STD. At first, I couldn’t recall anything but then it hit me… this was my fault. During collage, I made bad choices and had unprotected sex; submerged in dangerous behaviors to run away from a sad childhood. I remember when I fell ill with the “Flu”. Unbeknownst at the time, but that flu was untreated PID. After graduation, I worked hard to erase those memories assuming they would never come up again. Years later, when I finally met my husband. I couldn’t wait to start a family, eager to re-do the past and right the wrongs of my broken childhood. It was shocking to feel ghosts resurface from being “fertility challenged”. Our diagnosis felt joyless, covered by a blanket of despair and guilt.
The years that followed were a gray haze. I was deeply depressed and questioned my existence without children. Luckily for me, I married an amazing husband. He was strong when I felt weak and we pressed on to endure many failed fertility treatments. When things seemed bleak, I ran a SART data search and found promising statistics leading us to you-Dr. Bush. From our first interaction, we knew you were different and unlike any physician we consulted. Your preparation and confidence were a welcomed change and we felt elated as we listened to a detailed plan that carried our baby to full term. From that moment on, we knew if having a baby were going to happen, it would be at Conceptions! It wasn’t an easy road, but here we are, 25 weeks pregnant with a health baby boy.
My gratitude is complex because it is so much more that saying “thank you”. I realize that having kids isn’t everyone’s dream. But for me, it was. This 4-year process has taught a lot and I’ve grown tremendously. Today, my desire to become a mother is so much more than wanting to right the wrongs of the past. I long to love, share, teach and mold our children to become empathetic and intelligent member of society so they can leave this world better than generations past. That is my wish and you have granted it. Thank you for choosing this profession and breathing back life into my spirit when I felt there was none.
Who knows-maybe we will see you again as we have one more embryo :) !
Endless thanks and love,
T. & M.S
I couldn't possibly say enough good things about Dr. Bush, Dr. Green, and the talented nursing and reception staff at conceptions. I greatly appreciated that Dr. Bush had a thorough plan based on our past IVF experience at other clinics and our current diagnostics tests. This is in contrast to the CCRM consultation in which the doctor hadn't even read the patient history that they required us to fill out beforehand and then proceeded to take notes on a post-it.
Dr. Bush and his staff were exceedingly organized. I also felt that the wait time for routine ultra sounds and blood work was relatively short, compared to other places I have been (California IVF kept patients waiting for hours for such procedures). The nurses at Conceptions were always available for every question and concern (even at 4am) which is key when you are going through this potentially stressful process. In short, I have had extensive experience at different fertility clinics over the past several years and was very impressed with this practice and it's staff.
We've been to 3 other RE offices and 8 IVF cycles with no success before we ended up at Dr. Bush's office. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. The staff is always friendly and helpful and we never had to wait long to be seen. After a little over 2 years with Dr. Bush we had 2 successful transfers. We currently have a wonderful toddler and another on the way. Going through IVF is extremely complex, expensive and always frustrating but Dr. Bush and his staff made our experience enjoyable, simple and worth every penny. Thank you for our perfect family!
Thankful is the special word for all things you do for us. You deserve a great big thanks Dr. Bush.
There are people in our lives who are so genuinely kindhearted, wonderful and compassionate and you are one of them Dr. Bush. You have a great staff such as Ms. Erika and Laura.
God bless you and your family

Dear Dr. Bush,
We are beyond grateful to you and your team for helping us along our path to pregnancy. It’s been a long road but we couldn’t have been in better hands along the way. Thank you for making our hopes and dreams of having a child a realty.
With much gratitude,
N and J

Dr. Bush and the Conceptions staff worked with us through testing and procedures that ended in IVF and a healthy pregnancy. They customized our treatment for our situation and provided great support and expertise.
Thank you to everyone at Conceptions!
Dr. Bush uses cutting-edge technology to provide patients with the best opportunity for success. He and the entire Conceptions team educated us about the process each step of the way. Everyone we worked with at the clinic from day one to graduation was professional and compassionate. Thanks to the help of Dr. Bush and his team, we welcomed a healthy and happy baby earlier this year.
Please let me know if you have questions or would like me to address anything more specifically. We truly enjoyed the experience working with your team!
We had a great experience at conceptions! We had been struggling to have a baby for five years before seeing Dr. Bush and his staff. Infertility is a very unique trial that a lot of people don't understand. But Dr. Bush's nurses are so very good at handling the emotional aspect of not being able to get pregnant. They helped us through the entire IVF process with sensitivity and patience. They treated us with love and respect. They were always available to answer any questions we had. One of our nurses was available every time we called right at the time of the phone call so we didn't even have to wait for a call back. They made a really stressful experience pleasant. They are excellent at providing reassurance and hope when you need it most! Dr. Bush knows how to help people get pregnant. After five long awful years of infertility, our baby girl is due December 2016!!
I normally do not write reviews but having been to another well know fertility clinic in the past with no success we feel it necessary to give credit where credit is due. Dr. Bush and his staff at Conceptions are absolutely fabulous. We were able to get started on the process of IVF fairly quickly after our consultation. Dr. Bush was right to the point and was able to explain our treatment plan with all our questions answered as we went along. Due to the amount of appointments we had for blood draws etc the staff was great, it was bittersweet leaving the office after our final appt because I had bonded with many of them through this journey. Our first IVF cycles was successful and are now about 32 weeks pregnant with our first baby. Conceptions made this journey for us possible and we will forever be grateful. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services.
If it werent for the amazing God given talents that dr. Bush possesses we would never have the beautiful healthy children we have. He got me pregnant all 3 cycles we did!! He takes amazing care of us and ALL his staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring. We feel incredibly blessed to have found this practice I would never go anywhere else!!
Will and I can't thank you enough for helping make our dream of being parents come true. We are now pregnant (24 weeks) with a healthy baby girl!! We feel so grateful for your expertise and the expertise of your entire team! Everyone from the receptionists, the lab, the RNs, MAs, phlebotomists, ultrasound techs and embryologists... Everyone was so wonderful to us and helped make a tough experience bearable!!
Thank you form the bottom of our hearts! What an amazing job you have!!
Love K and W
