After 35 years as a Physician and Surgeon, I will be retiring on July 17, 2026. It has been my privilege to assist so many wonderful patients over the years in achieving the families of their dreams.

Please rest assured that you will remain in excellent hands with my trusted colleagues at Conceptions/RMA. My departure does not mean that your care will be delayed in any way. The entire team is deeply committed to continuing the same compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care that defines our practice.

To ensure your care continues seamlessly, we have assigned you to Dr. Simone Elder. You are welcome to choose any other Conceptions/RMA physician you feel most comfortable with. To schedule your Switch MD appointment, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you. There is no cost associated with this appointment. It is simply an opportunity to establish your relationship with your new provider and continue your treatment plan without interruption.
